SMS / Mobile Information

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

1. Who we are

SlotChef (slotchef.io) is an online booking platform for salons and service businesses, operated by Capital Climaticum E.A.S., represented by Zlate Donev, CEO, Carlos A. López entre Bulevar Bicentenario y Dr. Bottrell, CP 5000 Villarrica, Departamento de Guairá, Paraguay. Contact: slotchef@proton.me.

2. Information we collect

When you book an appointment we collect your name, mobile phone number, the booked service and time, and your consent choices (type of consent, timestamp, IP address). We do not collect payment card data; payments are processed by our payment provider.

3. How we use your information

We use your information only to provide the booking: reservation notice, booking confirmation, appointment reminder, and – if you asked for it – notices about free slots. Marketing messages are sent only with your separate, optional consent.

4. SMS messaging program

Consent: you opt in on the salon booking page by ticking the required checkbox for booking SMS. Marketing is a separate optional checkbox and is not a condition of booking.
Message frequency varies (usually 2–4 messages per appointment).
Message and data rates may apply.
Reply HELP for help. Reply STOP to opt out at any time; STOP ends all messages – you will receive one confirmation message and no further messages of any kind. Reply START to opt in again.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
SMS are delivered through our messaging provider Twilio Inc. solely to send your messages.

5. Sharing

We share data only with service providers that are needed to run the booking (hosting, SMS delivery, payment processing) and with the business you booked. These providers may not use your data for their own purposes. We never sell personal data.

6. Retention

Booking data is kept as long as needed for the booking and legal obligations. Consent records are kept as proof of consent. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.

7. Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of your data and withdraw consent at any time by emailing slotchef@proton.me or replying STOP to any SMS.
